Ole Ole Tapas is a family run authentic Spanish tapas bar and restaurant in the heart of the historic city of Lincoln. We are a busy, exciting and vibrant restaurant always trying to bring a slice of Spain to Lincoln through our food and service. Catering for everyone from large families and staff parties to couples and friends looking for something a little different.

Established in the summer of 2013, Ole Ole Tapas was the brainchild of both Amador and Alison bringing their expertise and decades of experience of the catering industry to flourish in their very own tapas restaurant. Originally born in the Canary Island of Lanzarote (where the family originally came from) their daughter and both sons decided to join their family venture and follow in the footsteps of their parents and grandparents. The Ole Ole family is passionate about food and dedicated on delivering exceptional service in a warm and relaxed atmosphere.

    Sunday lunch with an Argentine who knows her Tapas....it was unbelievably good.... We loved it and am glad we booked. Needless to say it was packed but the service was still excellent and a great vibe.

    Had the most amazing night celebrating the wife’s birthday, the food was amazing, the staff went above and beyond we even booked the next time whilst still sat there x

    Truly awful! Server dropped a dish of food which absolutely destroyed my coat. I was given a bucket of water and cloth and told to reclaim the dry cleaning bill from them. We literally sat at the table wiping my coat and trying to remove the splattered tomatoes from it. There was no offer of a drink or a coffee, just a sense that they wanted the table back quickly to accommodate the next group of diners. I accept that accidents happen but their response was pitiful.

    Tasty food. Plenty of options for vegetarians. Return visit for a birthday. The team surprised the birthday girl with a cake and birthday song. Made the occasion really special. Staff are wonderful and service impeccable. Would absolutely recommend and we will return.

    We had 11 tapas between four of us. Some qualified for the lunch special deal so we had bread included. Bread was delicious and essential to make the most of the various sauces. We’ve been many times before and once again we were not disappointed. We each have our favourites like the lentils/chorizo and the Gambas al ajillo. Some new ones made it to top of the list : blue cheese croquetas, cauliflower and the baked goat’s cheese(this was a special for the day). We will return with no hesitation.

    Always friendly and efficient service and a great authentic atmosphere. Food delicious as always and of a very high standard. One of the best places to eat in Lincoln!
