The Artesian Restaurant located within the Historic Hotel provides a casual dining experience and charming atmosphere. Our culinary team blends local flavors with global cuisine to create a delightful menu that ranges from seasonal Southwestern favorites to a variety of international dishes.

Signature items and lighter fare plus an extensive selection of local and imported wine and beer are available in the adjacent Wine Bar & Lounge.

It was a beautiful visit, the only complaint I have is people talking so loud that I can hear every detail of the conversation. I go to relax and enjoy the quiet time, some people are just inconsiderate.

Ojo caliente never disappoints… such a relaxing vibe & the energy & service is always amazing. You can feel the history of this place. Not to be cheesy, but it’s an experience like no other. The moniker ‘Land of enchantment’ is truly relevant here

Would be lovely if one of the non dairy milk options for coffee was unsweetened plain soy. I’d have brought my own if I knew Ojo didn’t have any (I dislike almond milk). I did bring vegan Parmesan to put on the pasta, which I got without the cheeses - and the pasta was delicious, as was the tofu scramble for breakfast. Nice that there are tasty vegan options.

We had a wonderful Christmas Eve dinner my family and I we decided to do something different this year and it was amazing. Our waiter Zack made our experience wonderful, thank you!!! The whole staff was great Merry Christmas 🤶

From the start all the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The food was beyond amazing. I don’t like lamb and still enjoyed my boyfriend’s rack of lamb. The chicken mole was some of the best I’ve ever had. Service was perfection and the housemade tea exquisite. Wish I lived here so I could go again!
