   La comida es rica pero el servicio fue MUY deficiente. Había eventos, no Puerto mantener su novel de servicio. Pero más importante, elections un vino y nos dieron otro 4 veces mas barato en el mercado y lo cobraron como el que solicitamos. Finalmente la gerente nos dejó gratis, pero hubo un intento deliberado de cobrarnos mucho más

   Disappointed evening primarily due to service, though food underwhelmed as well. The staff didn’t know the menu, let alone the specials. And the special branzino was literally the fish on a plate, no sides. When asked about the difference to the menu option we were only told it was whole fish (after she had to ask and come back), not that it came with no sides. Also it was not deboned properly. Bussing service abrupt and missing. We had to ask several times for one of our water glasses to be replaced after they dropped a piece of arugula in it clearing away the appetizers. For food, the appetizers were good (burrata and frito misto), all of our entrees were mediocre. I may be spoiled with Chicago Italian restaurants, but I expected better.

   We were there to celebrate a birthday and were seated in the private boardroom. It was an amazing room with views of the wharf and water. The service was amazing, there was 1 waiter for 8 people and he did a great job. Loved the stuffed squid. The spinach on the side was too salty. The bread is so tender and delicious. It was our first tine there and I’d definitely go back.

   Very poor service. No one on staff was familiar with the wine menu or the amaro menu. Amatriciana was swimming in oil and onions (!). The cod main is laughably small. Just not a happy experience all around.

   The waitress was new and not very experienced. Service was slow. I left my wallet at the table. Called to check in before noon the next day. Staff wasn’t very concerned to help.

   Fantastic Food & Impeccable Service at Officina Had a wonderful dinner at Officina at The Wharf! We started with the burrata and the homemade daily special sausage—both were absolutely delicious. The burrata was incredibly creamy, and the sausage was packed with flavor. For mains, I had the stuffed calamari, which was a completely new experience for me—unexpectedly filling and bursting with flavor. My date got the chicken parm, which was perfectly crispy and comforting. The restaurant was slammed with a special event and a dinner rush, so we had a long wait for our entrees, but the staff went above and beyond. They kept checking on us and even brought over two glasses of champagne to make up for the delay—truly impeccable customer service. On top of the fantastic food and service, the location is unbeatable. You can see the Wharf fireworks from the top floor, which made for a magical night. Definitely planning to return soon—next time, we’re grabbing a patio table! Highly recommend.

    We will never come back Over priced food. Very mediocre, My son ordered Chicken Parm for $35 that came out with a little side of arugula no potatoes no pasta. And it took 45 min plus to get our main courses after they cleared the appetizer plates. Apparently our server who was excellent and manager knew about this price gouging and basically said “ we have no control” over it . That is just ridiculous
