   No es lo que esperábamos. Nos sorprendió que no siguieran la Orden Ejecutiva del Gobierno de PR vigente de COVID. Cero protocolo de COVID-19. La calidad de la comida fue deficiente. La paella que pedimos tenía conchas trituradas de almejas que se mezclaban con el arroz. Terrible sensación. Había que escupir las conchas en las servilletas para no ahogarnos. Jamás habíamos tenido una experiencia similar. El lugar no luce como en las fotos. Jamás regresaremos.

   Service was excellent and very informative about all yhe dishes. We had both the burrata and churrasco appetizers. Both were delicious. The churrasco was especially good, it was like a churrasco egg roll. Next up we had the whole fried snapper and the pork confit. The red snapper was tasty but a little on the skinny side give that we had other snapper in other places this week. It was served with a side of paella filled with mussels and shrimp. The pork confit had a nice crispy exterior that provided a nice crunch. It was served with a rice mixture that was good but in my opinion needed something spicy added to it. While the cheese was nice, I don't think it added to the dish. I do recommend Ocean as there are some really nice options on the menu.

   The food was very good, but the service was poor. We didn’t get out cocktails until we’d finished our appetizers. It was fairly crowded and only one bartender. Most everyone was ordering cocktails and very few ordering wine. One bartender was not enough to take care of everyone. They needed more waiters as well.

   Food was beautifully presented and tasted fresh. The cocktail menu offered interesting selections. The atmosphere was trendy and tranquil.

   Service very slow. Almost 4 hours for dinner. Many parties came after us and left before us.

    From the customer service to the food this was definitely an amazing experience. The food was delicious and the mock tails were too. Definitely a must have. 5 stars all around!!!
