No es lo que esperábamos. Nos sorprendió que no siguieran la Orden Ejecutiva del Gobierno de PR vigente de COVID. Cero protocolo de COVID-19. La calidad de la comida fue deficiente. La paella que pedimos tenía conchas trituradas de almejas que se mezclaban con el arroz. Terrible sensación. Había que escupir las conchas en las servilletas para no ahogarnos. Jamás habíamos tenido una experiencia similar. El lugar no luce como en las fotos. Jamás regresaremos.

From the customer service to the food this was definitely an amazing experience. The food was delicious and the mock tails were too. Definitely a must have. 5 stars all around!!!

Great dinning experience in the heart of San Juan. Ocean Restaurant and Lounge gives you a local culinary experience with a fusion of local flavors combined with international favorites. Chef and crew were well experienced and it shows from the moment you open the door. A warm greeting, an elegant lounge welcomes you and the façade, lights and decorations are on point with great Versace influence. To suit both local and travelers alike. My top restaurants in the San Juan tourist district.

Most of the staff was friendly enough. It was NYE and they were busy so service did take awhile. Tables that ordered before us waited about 35-40 min for an appetizer. For just two of us, food didn't take that long but drinks did. Staff seemed very overwhelmed so we were very sympathetic. The lobster salad entree was inedible and served with dressing when I requested the dressing on the side. The lobster was so overcooked and gross I had to send it back. While I was offered a new dish I declined and shared the overcooked, fishy paella. The salad was removed from our check but a 20% gratuity was added to our bill for 2 diners. The server said it was standard for NYE. While we didn't really buy it but wanted to leave ASAP we let it go. For 2 of us our bill was almost $200. Maybe food/service better on non-holiday.

The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was ok aside from the table next to us spraying bug spray on them while we were eating... We were there on a Thursday evening and they were out of half the menu and then what they did have was not prepared as the menu showed. I had the bam bam shrimp (they were out of coconut shrimp)which was just ok and a grilled chicken breast cooked to death with salad(they were out of Mahi Mahi). My food tasted like it was frozen and then thrown in the microwave. I will say the red sangria was one of the best I have had. I don’t mind paying for good food but I’m sorry $68 for the 3 items I had was ridiculous. Disappointed.

Nothing special here. Food was mediocre and the hostess was rude. Slow service and extremely loud inside. Not recommended.

Mojhito’s was so good I ate there twice!! The service was so nice and helpful. I had an amazing breakfast cocktail called a mojhito mimosa. Soooo refreshing, I love a good omelette and they are hard to get in a restaurant but Mojhito’s are amazing. They are light and fluffy and have lots of stuffing inside. They are not just all eggs. The atmosphere inside is also very bright and inviting. This is a great restaurant!

Paella was dry and seafood rubbery. Drinks were good. Food was lukewarm except to kids dinner that was so hot he couldn’t eat it. Service was very good.
