Chef Rojas creates curated and erudite experiences, based upon his travels and his decades of experience in great venues across the world.
Steven opened Nutwood in 2017, with the goal of providing the Winter Haven community with the quality of cuisine and service he personally enjoys; delicious food prepared in classic ways, warm and hospitable service, and a family atmosphere to enjoy it all in.

My husband and I visited Nutwood for the first time uppn reading positive reviews written by others. The restaurant did not disappoint. The staff and service were top notched. The food was well prepared and delicious. We will definitely go again.

It was an excellent private table for Valentine’s Day with our 9 month old daughter! The quality of the food was excellent, and our waitress provided such great service !

Always our favorite! The food is hard to beat. You can't go wrong no matter what you order! And the service it top notch. Nutwood is a Winter Haven treasure!

Probably the best restaurant in the Winter Haven area. Compares favorably to any restaurant in Atlanta, Savannah or Charleston. Excellent food and service. Everyone enjoyed it. And we especially liked the ambiance of the house. We were there for a birthday celebration and had a small room to ourselves. Looking forward to going again

Everything we ate was delicious. Our service was lovely. We really enjoyed ourselves & will definitely be back. I'm happy to have such a quality experience in the area.

My husband and I enjoy this restaurant because of it's outstanding service (No waitstaff reaching in front or over you!!) and attention to great food made with quality ingredients. On this visit, two of the four of us were looking forward to the pork chop entree that had been on the menu when we visited Nutwood a few years ago. Regrettably, we did not consult the online menu to see that it had been replaced with pork belly. What was eagerly devoured: Fish of the Day (OUTSTANDING), gnocchi, ravioloni & parmesan toast. I'm looking forward to returning to enjoy the ambience of the outdoor dining space.
