Welcome to Nouc Chấm, a contemporary Vietnamese restaurant that takes inspiration from the traditional Vietnamese dipping sauce of the same name ‘Nước Chấm’. Our chef blend traditional Vietnamese cuisine with contemporary culinary techniques to create a unique and memorable dining experience. Can’t believe we’ve not been here before! Super lovely waitress, thank you for advice. We loved it all. Really charming restaurant, beautifully styled. Bigger than we expected. Food was all delicious. With a family the good thing is being able to try a lot of dishes. Favs were the betal leaf beef, barramundi was gorgeous, sizzling beef, and can’t go past the soft shell crab!! Actually the pork and apple too. Thank you! Will have to come back to try the rest.

We visited Vietnam as a young, excited couple and were exposed to a whole new world of food, BUT, tasting and experiencing the food at Nouc Cham was like discovering a brand new, improved Vietnam. Truly the best meal I’ve had in several years!

Tonight for my birthday we enjoyed the fantastic service, visually beautiful, delicious food at Nouc Cham. As a coeliac it is so wonderful to be able to order almost anything from the menu and enjoy the same food as everyone. Thank you, we will be back.

Amazing ambience, attentive service and topped off with superb food. As first time diners to Nouc Cham, we selected the chicken stay, grilled calamari, rice paper roll taco with prawns, sizzling sirloin and pumpkin curry. Delicious flavours at every bite. Make your booking now.

Great food, it was fresh, delicious and excellent fusion. Ambiance was modern and fresh. It was our anniversary and I did expect a table in a better position.

We selected The Saigon Banquet which had an excellent selection of food. The food was plentiful and very tasty. The staff were helpful and attentive. The only criticism was the food came out too quickly, so we asked the staff to please slow it down, which they did. We would definitely dine here again.

It is a pleasure to visit the owner and all the staff at this restaurant, who are always happy to warmly welcome us back. As regular visitors to Vietnam, it is a delight to find a Vietnamese restaurant so close to home who replicate the joy, attentiveness and atmosphere of what we are accustomed to experiencing at our second home in Nha Trang Vietnam. The menu choices and food flavours bring us special memories of our times abroad in such a beautiful country. Thank you Tracey and the team. Keep up the amazing work.
