                                                                                                                                                                I attended North Italia for Valentines Day. Nice restaurant, but sadly my boyfriend and I didn't enjoy our entrees or deserts. The starter with the lump crab was delicious. However, I wouldn't visit again.

                                                                                                                                                                We decided to try this place on Valentine’s Day. The building and interior are modern but not wild in concept. It was very open, including the visible kitchen and all glass front, that gave a fresh feel. The staff were very attentive and nice. They had a select menu for the night, but plenty of choices to enjoy. We started with fried risotto balls and the Sicilian meatballs. Both selections were perfect in flavor and texture. Our main entrees were lobster & shrimp tortellini and seared scallops with risotto. Again phenomenal, with new but wonderful flavors. We finished up with the hazelnut torta and white chocolate spiced apple butter cake. The torta is like a brownie with a house made Nutella and Nutella ice cream, and the best dessert. The cake was good, and plenty dense with apples and a bourbon caramel sauce, but the torta took the crown. Overall 5 stars and we definitely want to return and try the regular menu. Highly recommend giving this a try

                                                                                                                                                                The scallop plate was extremely spices, everyone in our party tried it and all agreed. As the place was packed due to Valentines Day, we opted to keep the dish. On normal days I have had the scallops multiple times and it has always been perfect, this wasn’t that dish. The menu or the server should have told us it was spicy. As a result my wife took the dish instead of me eating it. Needless to say my with was violently sick later that night. My only request is to mark the menu when you change the served dish.

                                                                                                                                                                It was Valentine's Day, so they were busy. Staff was great, but honestly, there was not enough for the business. The outdoor area would have been great except there were too few heaters so we had to ask for a table inside. The food was good, and we ate too much.

                                                                                                                                                                Shocked at the complete lack of flavor in their dishes. The sauce was so bland it was just sad. Out of three meals we ordered only one was good. Should have connected the dots as to how easy and how many open reservation times were available for a Saturday night. Red flag missed.
