We had to wait 35 minutes before we got any food. People who were sifted after us got their food before we got ours. When we got the food it was lukewarm. The Waitress and manager were very apologetic and attempted to make things better. Normally we have a great experience and the entrees are great. Appetizer came out after dinner and it wasn't worth the price....grilled bead with olive oil should be called grilled bread with balsamic vinegar. Regardless I would go again because it was tge first tine I had any issues

We were made to wait despite having a confirmed reservation. The server was terrible. She forgot to put in the kids orders and the kids food came last. Kids were upset. Pasta was undercooked and when I informed the server all she told me was that she’s been getting that feedback a lot on that day ( Dec 21, 2024) . However she did not chose to replace the entree or waive the charge. We could not eat the food. Terrible experience. The server was absolutely unhappy to be serving us.

Food is PHENOMENAL, Around Christmas time so there is a wait but I don’t mind the wait for food this good ! Love the people here as well

                                                                                                                                                                        Walked in for our reservation and there were 3 hosts standing there, all of which were shoving their faces with food. Didn’t acknowledge us at all. Finally one asked if we had a reservation, we said yes. We were about 10 minutes early. No problem she said she would seat us in a second. 25 minutes went by and we still were not seated. When I went up and asked she told me they were busy and I would have to wait. I told her our reservation was over 20 minutes ago and she had seated people with later reservations and walk ins before us. Finally after I complained again after another 10 minutes and asked to speak to someone about else did she seat us. This place isn’t worth the trouble. Hostess was unprofessional and rude. Won’t be going back.

                                                                                                                                                                        Food was reasonably good, atmosphere was fine, service was below expectations. Although the server was friendly, her skills could use some development. Additionally, the food took extraordinarily long to arrive from the kitchen … delivered by someone who seemed very bored with their job.
