Food was spectacular and the service was great to match. Our server was very attentive and showed strong knowledge of both the drink and food menu. The Carpaccio was amazing to start, then short rib pasta and scallop entrees were both extremely good. Desserts were then the icing on the cake. The Bam… and the butter cake were both so delectable. I’d highly recommend this place!!!

Meeks was very sweet and made sure the birthday girl had the perfect dessert! My friend has a nut allergy so she double check no walnuts or pistachio ice cream was on hers. Thank you!!

David was an excellent server! Very attentive and engaging. The atmosphere is perfect for lunch with friends. We like the restaurant’s approach to healthy, fresh menu items at reasonable prices. We’ll definitely be back for dinner or brunch.

Very nice ambiance and service. Overall food was mediocre and some pricing too high for product. May try just bar and appetizer or pizza in future.

The food was very good and so was the service. Upon being seated, we were blinded by the sun coming thru the back window - very annoying. Server was great about explaining specials, etc and taking our order. However, he had on so much aftershave it was overwhelming and literally ruined our dinner. All we could smell was his aftershave. WHY would a restaurant allow their employees to wear aftershave/perfume is beyond me. It was a definite turn off. The noise level was also overwhelming..... and we sat by windows so not in the middle of it all. Need more hardscape to cut down the noise. Overall, it was OK but not up to the level we had heard about. Somewhat disappointed but would have to think whether it was worth the price to have all these things not up to par.

This was my first time, dining here. Everyone from the host that lead us to our table to our server provided amazing customer service. The food was excellent. The service was paced out perfectly. I definitely would recommend dining here and will be back for sure.

Food was outstanding. Five of us ordered different entrées and different appetizers put everything in the middle and enjoyed every single item. Great service great food great time . Bravo North Italia .

Great experience for Valentine’s Day evening at North Italia. Food and drinks were really good and service was as well. We were seated outside but the covered patio and heaters definitely made our night seamless. We didn’t even feel like we were outside.
