We found a wire (at least an inch) in our pasta. Luckily our friend didn’t swallow it and showed it to our waitress. She was apologetic and polite but manager only comped that pasta and gave us another pasta dish. We don’t complained further so this wouldn’t ruin our friend’s birthday lunch but it was absolutely UNACCEPTABLE! Our friend actually owns MANY restaurants all over the world and she knows what is appropriate arrangements manager needed to make. You guys are lucky we were polite customers. But we definitely share this experience with friends.

Food was excellent. Waitress was good. The employee who delivered our food didn’t say a word to us and walked away without any communication. Also, noted a birthday on my reservation and was not acknowledged.

We are big fans of the North Italia chain after living in AZ, but the opening in Henderson could use some work. We stood at the door for 15 min before a host finally acknowledged us and said we actually check in outside for a reservation. Sat down and ordered. All our 7 meals came out except 1 in our party. After we all finished eating his meal arrived without even so much as a sorry? You go out to eat with others to eat together. Even after asking they just kept saying it was on the way, then no apologies offered upon arrival or comp on the bill. When we asked for to go boxes they came with saw dust in them. I understand opening has its kinks, but a little apology or acknowledgment can go a long way with customers. We still look forward to coming back and trying again, hopefully with a better experience.

I really enjoy this place. It’s beautifully decorated, the staff is wonderful. The food tasted amazing. My only issue was the food was not really hot. Just slightly warm. I’m sure it’s growing pains. I’d love to go again, and I’d recommend it

We had a reservation and they didn’t seat us for 20 minutes so we stood in the cold drafty doorway that whole time. The waiter took the wine glass away from someone in our group saying “I’m assuming you’re pregnant” which made that couple angry from the start. One of us was given a lunch menu instead of dinner so the item they ordered wasn’t available for dinner. Dirty appetizer plate. The donut desert is a waste of calories, didn’t eat it….avoid ordering!

We eat North Italia often in our home state. This location had alot of staff but were not on top of it. We ordered GF pasta and it came falling apart and mushy. I understand they just opened but upon forgetting to bring a salad while every other table sat after us is receiving appetizers and then serving us mushy overcooked noodles are mistakes you should accommodate for during this opening instead of the customers paying for it. The salad was very wet. Disappointing. We were looking forward to enjoying North Italia so close to our vacation home.

We went for birthday. Unbelievable bad experience. 4:45 reservation. Party of 4. Our waitress was overly pleasant & talking nonstop about her glowing resume. But served us terribly. 4 of the items were out. She was never around. Food was served cold. Manager actually stopped by twice & apologized cuz of lengthy wait time. In the end I finally said please get us out of here. Cut our check in half we want to go. He agreed. 7:45 finally walked out. Never again!!!!!
