                                                                                                                                                                            La bienvenida fue súper amigable un hombre que creo que es el manager fue muy amable, es una pena que la servidora que nos atendió tenía una actitud bastante displicente no se si no era un buen día para ella pero no hubo como buena energía en su atención. Trabajo en la industria de la hospitalidad y hostelería y quizás eso haga que me fije en pequeños detalles más que lo normal. Por lo demás la comida estuvo bien y los precios son razonables una pena que el servicio no haya sido lo que esperaba.

I love Italian food and was excited to step inside. The food, ambiance and staff were great.

Really went out of her way to make the meal special once I told her we were celebrating the fact that I said “yes” to my wedding dress earlier that day. Also, the food and drinks were absolutely delicious.

The food was good, but not so good that I'm dying to go back. Service was ok. Server didn't seem to know the wines. The server took my parking ticket saying it would be validated, but when I went to exit the garage it was not so I still had to pay. Annoying but I didn't want to have to re-park and go back inside the restaurant for it to be fixed.

                                                                                                                                                                            My reservations was at 7:15pm and the restaurant closes at 10pm. 2 of the dishes on the menu was already sold out, which was disappointing. Finally made a 3rd decision and it was ok.

The food has always been good, but the experience and service has gone downhill. From the first encounter with the hostess, it felt chaotic and unorganized. There was one other person waiting for a table, aside from my husband and I. That shouldn’t be overwhelming, but it definitely seemed like it was. Then the tables are so crammed together in most parts of the restaurant, you’re basically having dinner with strangers. We brought a bottle of wine, which was opened by the waitress. She didn’t seem very comfortable doing this, and got cork on our very nice bottle. It was also spilled on the table. Then it fell through the cracks that I needed gluten free pasta. I come here specifically for this. Perhaps little things if it was just one, but all of them together made for a lackluster experience. Not sure we will come back at this point.
