Nestled in the heart of East Nashville, Noko is an Asian-inspired, wood-fired restaurant inspired by wanderlust and simplicity of the region. Here, Executive Chef Dung “Junior” Vo aims to perfect the balance of new and old techniques in wood fire cooking, putting his Asian-influenced spins on familiar proteins and indigenous vegetables through smoking, searing, and roasting.

This is my second experience at Noko and the second time was just as good as the first. Outstanding meal, very friendly staff, nice atmosphere. Both times were for Sunday brunch but that’s only because it’s the only time I can get a reservation!

Second time coming to Noko this month, and it won’t be the last! First visit was for dinner…came for brunch today, and it was exceptional. Hands down, one of the best restaurants in Nashville. From the ambience, to the team, to the food, they are 11/10. Dinner reservations book out weeks in advance, but do NOT sleep on the brunch menu!

This restaurant is so special. We wanted to dine here one last time before we moved states. Service and food are always outstanding. Cheers to the staff and owners that make this restaurant stand out! We will miss you!

Our server, Mitch, was awesome. Every dish we ordered was delicious. The drinks were complex and interesting.

It was a great first time experience and the small plates along with the tomahawk tasted great! The service was outstanding and timely. I would absolutely go back!

I read about this place in a NY Times article and had really high expectations. I made reservations months in advance for out of town guests from Denver and Boston. We all LOVED Noko! Even with high expectations, this place did not disappoint! The service was impeccable and personal. He gave great recommendations and helped create a perfect table vibe. The food was unique and oh so good! We loved the fish...so fresh. The woodfire flavors were so unique. Thank you for the special evening!

A+ experience every time at Noko. Jon (Owner) sets the tone with exceptional service grounded in a genuine caring about Noko’s patrons. Every server we’ve had is spot on with recommendations and, more importantly, being extremely friendly and welcoming. Shoutout to Natalia- she was our server last night and we really enjoyed and appreciated her hospitality! Food is outstanding- always super fresh and creative. Drinks are excellent as well, with a solid wine and sake list to boot. Couldn’t speak more highly of Noko across the board!
