Nestled in the heart of East Nashville, Noko is an Asian-inspired, wood-fired restaurant inspired by wanderlust and simplicity of the region. Here, Executive Chef Dung “Junior” Vo aims to perfect the balance of new and old techniques in wood fire cooking, putting his Asian-influenced spins on familiar proteins and indigenous vegetables through smoking, searing, and roasting.

It was our first time and really amazing! My girlfriend and I love tapas style, and Noko was on the list for a while. Marissa was sweet to hold our reservation while we were stuck in traffic, Julian was very attentive to our table, Kylie was a so sweet and even gave us free pineapple sorbet, and John gave me a call the next day to ask how our dinner was. I work in a luxury hotel and love to see amazing customer service!

I Love Noko because the food is delicious and more importantly, the quality level is always consistent. The same goes for the service. Service in Nashville can be lack luster, but it’s always good at Noko. We were able to try many dishes without breaking $100. Finally, since it was my birthday, they treated me to a dessert with a candle. It was a nice touch!

One of the best dining experiences I've ever had. It was our anniversary and the treated us to a glass of champagne and an entree. Everything was incredible.

We loved all of the crudo dishes (Hamachi, tuna and salmon). All of the other dishes were great as well. Our server and the manager were both so nice and accommodating.

The best thing about our experience at Noko was the service, which was excellent. We had brunch, and everything was just so salty... except the burrata, which basically was a lump of flavorless cheese with a load of fig jam dumped on top. Two of us had the burnt ends bowl (way too salty), one had the fried chicken and waffles (literally a layer of salt) and one had the French dip sandwich where the accompanying broth was so salty he couldn't use it to dip his sandwich in. Not for us. ***I wanted to let everyone know that the manager of Noko reached out to me to make things right about our experience. I have to say how impressed I was about how they stand behind the food and experience of Noko. We will probably try them again, just maybe for dinner and not brunch. I do appreciate how classy it was to have the manager call...especially since it was my daughter's birthday celebration.
