Nestled in the heart of East Nashville, Noko is an Asian-inspired, wood-fired restaurant inspired by wanderlust and simplicity of the region. Here, Executive Chef Dung “Junior” Vo aims to perfect the balance of new and old techniques in wood fire cooking, putting his Asian-influenced spins on familiar proteins and indigenous vegetables through smoking, searing, and roasting.

Celebrated a late Valentine’s dinner here with my boyfriend and everything was great! The ube colada, bone marrow and lettuce wraps was a hit. Love the ube ice cream.

The gluten free menu for celiac individuals unfortunately leaves more to be desired. Many of the adjustments were subpar supplements to main menus items or just lacking the sauce that gave the dish the flavor. I felt like many aspects of my meal were completely alright but there was nothing I was overtly impressed by or particularly enjoyed. For the price, I would never come back. It was safe for us to eat there, they were knowledgeable and they caught a close call with gluten in a sauce on the market catch so that was wonderful. Service was very friendly, ambiance was good, drinks were good, we just unfortunately did not feel the food lived up to what we were hoping.

Noko is truly one of the best restaurants in Nashville. The food and drinks are inspired and the staff is friendly, discrete, and accommodating.

Exceptional all around. Amazing service made us feel right at home. Not a single complaint. Everything was clearly prepared with love and care for food and hospitality. We will be back!

This was one of the best dining experiences I've had in Nashville! The food was absolutely incredible, with unique and vibrant twists on every dish. Each course that came out just kept getting better and better, keeping us excited and on the edge of our seats. Our server, Kylie, was an absolute delight – so sweet, kind, and attentive. She truly made the entire experience even more amazing. I can't recommend this place enough!

Think fish dip could’ve been more room temp. Stiff. Everything was great really. Good value. Liked the $43 pinot noir.
