Nestled in the heart of East Nashville, Noko is an Asian-inspired, wood-fired restaurant inspired by wanderlust and simplicity of the region. The best thing about our experience at Noko was the service, which was excellent. We had brunch, and everything was just so salty... except the burrata, which basically was a lump of flavorless cheese with a load of fig jam dumped on top. Two of us had the burnt ends bowl (way too salty), one had the fried chicken and waffles (literally a layer of salt) and one had the French dip sandwich where the accompanying broth was so salty he couldn't use it to dip his sandwich in. Not for us.

Brunch was delicious and the amount for the price was just great. Sam, our server, was super friendly, helpful and attentive. So glad we can just walk across the street to enjoy this spot!

The food was amazing. Highly recommend the bone marrow, crab fried rice, Brussel sprouts, Caesar salad and tuna crispy rice. We went for our wedding anniversary and everyone who came to our table with food and drinks congratulated us including the owner who came over to introduce himself and make sure everything was going well. The whole restaurant had great energy and music, all the employees seemed like they were having fun. We will definitely go back soon.

Our dinner last night was perfection! The blue fin tuna crudo was a perfect bite. Nevy was our bartender and made our anniversary so special. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Good resto with excellent Asian fusion food options. Definitely a hot spot as it was rated #2 new resto in North America by Yelp. Loved all our dishes except for the broccolini. Service started off great but our waiter seemed to forget about us after our appetizers. The appetizers came out very quickly but our main was super delayed and it then took over 30 minutes after we had finished to get our cheque. It also seemed that some other tables were getting a bday celebration at the end whereas they completely neglected that nice little touch with us (even though we were celebrating a bday). Would still recommend but a little bit more attention to customers is needed.
