Food was delicious! Loved the kale and quinoa salad, blackened fish sandwich, and bistro plate. Brooks was an excellent and attentive waiter!

Our first time here at Nick’s. Excellent food and service. The Bistro Dinner was a big hit with my wife. It was a petite Filet cooked perfectly with a cup of soup de jour and a small salad. My chicken Piccata was a generous portion with a well crafted sauce. Decent wine list. We will be back to sample more of the menu.

Always our favorite restaurant in Carlsbad whenever we come to town first restaurant we make reservations to have dinner. Wonderful fun food perfect martinis with hand stuffed blue cheese olives. Everything we’ve ordered from the menu has been excellent. Highly recommend. Staff is always efficient, pleasant helpful, and makes the experience wonderful.

Went for a business dinner and Megan was great! Very sweet and attentive. I tend to go to Nick’s a couple times a week and you always knock it out of the park. Glad you also now have the chicken pot pie as San Clemente took it off the menu a while back.

Food was great, asparagus appetizer was ridiculously good! Service was friendly, ambience is always good, first time eating inside. Only disappointment was milk frother was not working for cappuccino, wasn’t working last time either?
