Food was good but service was substantially sub-par. Order was wrong and had to track someone down to correct it. Server didn’t bring water as requested.

Our server was great, he seemed like he had a lot of tables but always checked in with us. Burgers were top tier and very good! My boyfriend got the classic and I got the BBQ burger and man was the BBQ a monster! Yummy all around.

Overall great experience, the brisket was amazing. Only critique involves reservations: If I reserve a table for a certain time I shouldn’t have to wait 12-14 minutes past my reservation time for a table. This could disrupt or add anxiety for people that have an event scheduled after dinner.

They had a limited menu cause of the Louisville vs UK game. I am guessing this was so the kitchen wouldn’t struggle getting food out. The food came out pretty quickly. Sadly, the food we received was sub par

During big events like the Louisville vs. UK game, we offer a limited menu in addition to our regular menu so guests who need a quick bite have the option and to keep things running smoothly, but I’m sorry to hear the food didn’t hit the mark. Just so you know, you’re always welcome to order from our regular menu during events, too! We appreciate your feedback and hope you’ll give us another shot—we’d love to get it right for you next time!

I recommend the Classic Burger. The burger was very flavorful. The barbecue rib appetizer was very good and could be your entree it was such a large serving. It’s very convenient to the hotel when we’re in Lexington and this is our go to restaurant.

The food was very good. Our service was terrible. We arrived around 5:45 and our sever brought us drinks and the appetizer. He didn’t bring the food out, he checked on us once maybe 45 mins later but we were almost done and my husband ordered a beer and it was never put in. He never got us a refill on our sweet teas and the waiter never checked on us after that. Once we finished, we waited about 30 mins for the bill and the waiter never checked on us, so I had to go to the hostess stand and ask for our check and she had to check us out. I understand if you’re busy but he had a table right behind us and would just walk right by us. Very displeased.

My husband absolutely loved the N&N sauce. He asked to take some home. Food and drinks were great. Service was perfect
