El Neverland reúne celebración, hedonismo, ritual, extravagancia y creatividad. El Neverland ofrece distintas opciones para adaptarse a todo el mundo. El establecimiento cuenta con la panadería Tea Bar y con un servicio formal de High Tea que se sirve en la sala Neverland. La chef Victoria Reichert personaliza una compleja mezcla de harinas para crear opciones sin gluten, indistinguibles en sabor y textura de los productos ordinarios, adaptados a cualquier comensal con intolerancias alimentarias. La idea es que estas personas no solo se sientan incluidas, sino honradas por sus diferencias. También se ofrecen variaciones indistinguibles de nuestros pasteles High Tea, panecillos scones comidilla-de-la-ciudad y un completo menú de almuerzo sin productos lácteos ni gluten.

    The ambience was beautiful. The place settings were incredible! There is limited seating and your time is limited. But the service levels didn’t match with those constraints. The pricing wouldn’t have been so hard to swallow if the service was better. The food was great! Not sure why they ask if there is an occasion because nothing special is done! Don’t ask if it doesn’t matter. Booking was easy and response to questions was prompt. I have been to many other high teas and although this was one of the more beautiful settings, it was the worst service which made the experience less than desirable.

    I asked one of their waitress for more tea(second round). But she said to me and my friend that you only have 25 mins left to finish your food instead of responding my asking first..... its rude! They pushed us to finish quicker for more than three times. We are not happy about their service. Very disappointed

    Chic, charming, delicious and decadent. Neverland is a wonderful spot to have high tea with friends, family or on a date. It’s unique and special and makes you feel like you’re dining in London!

    The seating was cramped with three small little tables put together. One of the chairs was a very used armchair with the springs gone which caused you to completely sink in the chair and well below the table. The menu needs a bit of love and the service was ok. Unfortunately, we likely won’t be back.

    I've been here a few times, and each afternoon tea service is always tasty and unique! Staff are friendly and it's very clean. They are very busy though, so it can be a bit loud and they are strict about seating times. Arrive on time, and you'll have no issues!

    Overall we loved our experience at Neverland. The food was excellent and my choice of tea was perfect (Golden Nepal). Would absolutely return. My only suggestions would be: - China teapots. The service is so elegant except for the silver metal pots. China pots would bring the entire service together - Jam and Cream in those little paper ketchup cups that you pump the ketchup into at a take-out restaurant then placed in a China dish is definitely not elegant. Perhaps it’s for easier washing up? No - they have to go!
