We offer a seasonal tasting menu that utilizes ingredients that tells the story of our islands and the history behind it.
Bar Area is accepting walk-ins.

**Our Hale tasting menu is 6 courses for $120 and our Aina (Vegan) tasting menu is 6 courses for $100.
We accommodate Pescatarian, No-Red Meat, Vegetarian, and Vegan diets.
We CANNOT accommodate Gluten-Free.
Please note if you are bringing kids for the tasting menu and if they will be having the course menu.

Nae Ogawa
Her career started at the prestigious Michelin-starred NARISAWA in Tokyo.
She then moved to New York at 21 years old to work at famed Michelin-starred Bouley.
Shortly after, she was flown to Paris to work at the popular bistro, La Bourse et La Vie.
In 2021, her ideas came to fruition with natuRe waikiki, an upscale restaurant featuring Sustainable Island French cuisine.

Celebrate the holidays at natuRe Waikīkī (Please read to the end) From Dec 13 to Jan 5 we will offer our 7-course Holiday Tasting Menu. Enjoy 6 savory courses and 1 dessert incorporating locally-sourced ingredients, including Kona abalone, hearts of palm, and Big Island beef. Tasting menu is $150/person (including keiki) For an additional cost we will offer optional: - Supplements - Wine pairing - Local tea pairing *From Dec 21st to Jan 5th, in order to enhance our guest’s experience, we are focusing on presenting this one extra-special offering. This was our second visit. Dining at the chef’s counter and enjoying the prix fixe seasonal menu is a wonderful experience to enhance the whole evening!

Very fun and delicious, chef was super creative for this Holiday meal. Not your typical Waikiki fare and I highly recommend it.

We were the first diners to have their holiday seasonal menu and there’s definitely some kinks they need to work out. Highlights were a delicious oyster, excellent steak, twist on caprese salad.

Amazing dishes, delicious wine pairings, and very attentive but unobtrusive staff. Great vegan menu. Six (half) glasses of wine for the pairing is not for the faint of heart since they come out quite quickly but the wines were delicious and did fit the food very well.

Delicious food, local products when possible, great wine pairing. We took the tasting menus, they have a regular and a vegan and both were excellent. The service was fast and the staff nice.

Great service and ambience. The food was interesting and tasty. It tasted like French fused with Polynesian done in an inventive way.

I have eaten here several times, and it seemed to cater to vegans. This time did not feel that way. The tasting menu was just for heavy carnivores. The vegan offerings were nasty. The pasta (without the shrimp) had very little flavor. I had sorbet for dessert, and that was ok. The charcoal-ed heart of palm didn’t have as much flavor as I remembered.

Everything was delicious. I don't know how else to describe this other than the fact that I don't like driving into Waikiki at all and I would for this restaurant again and again. Worth the drive and worth the money! Service was impeccable.
