    Our server named Britainy was so charming! Very attentive! We were a bit disappointed that only Brunch menu was served . My omelette was very good but my husband’s Egg Benedict lacked flavor.

    We arrived for our 8 pm reservation and was finally seated at 8:25 pm. We were quickly greeted by our server and asked if we wanted cocktail’s. We ordered a bottle of wine. He brought it quickly and served. He then took our order around 8:30 pm. For over an hour we waited for our food to arrive. We finally got our food at 9:40 pm. During all this wait time a manager kept scurrying around the dining room in a tiff. When I asked our server after ordering another bottle of wine what happened. He was super apologetic and explained the week had been pretty much like this. We are not ones to throw the baby out with the bath water and will come back!

    Overall we had a nice time at Napa. It was a little cold where we were sitting in the main area. Every time someone came in or out of the restaurant we could feel the cold air. Our server was wonderful and attentive. Food was good. Nice for a special occasion.

    Overall great place to come have some great food and service will be back to have their main menu and have more fun nights

    6:15 reservation. 7:30 our meals were delivered but only after I inquired about it Only app was a Caesar salad which was delivered in less than 5 minutes. So my wife and I sat for an hour and were only checked on once. Awful service. No apologies and no reparation on bill. We wont be returning.

    We loved Napa on Providence. This location was even better. The octopus was the most tender that we have ever had anywhere in the world. Scallops and Halibut dishes were incredible.

    Our server Yeti was very hospitable and attentive. Did not love the Blood Orange margarita. Beef bourguignon was excellent. Husband enjoyed the halibut.

    We really enjoyed Yeti, as our server. He was informative, patient, and an excellent server. We also appreciated David’s observances in help. A tip would be to have managers be less in your face, and more professional with table turnover. As a patron it felt intrusive and uncomfortable. We will be back though, as we enjoyed the serving staff and our overall dining experience,
