We are incredibly proud of our food and customer care here at the Lodge. Our kitchen and restaurant team strive tirelessly to provide the best possible cuisine and service, which have guests and locals coming back time and time again.

The Bar & Bistro serves a variety of fresh locally sourced Welsh cuisine and bar snacks as well as a wide range of fine wine, great spirits and local beers. Our lunch and dinner menus highlight the best of real Welsh cuisine including locally sourced seafood, Welsh sirloin steaks and roast rump of Welsh lamb.

    Myself and my partner had the most amazing meal which was for Valentine’s Day. The venue, food , service and staff were absolutely fantastic. We would definitely recommend to family and friends

    We had a lovely Valentines/Birthday meal at Nant Ddu, food was delicious , well presented and colourful, service was great as well , We will definitely be returning ,thankyou

    I booked the table for my husband birthday, and he really enjoyed it. He was amazed of how tasty and well presented are the foods. The staff are very polite and helpful they even keep my cake that we prepared for my husband birthday ans a surprise and bring it out to sing for him. We are very grateful. Thank you everyone. For making it special for my husband.

    Lovely Sunday lunch for my husbands birthday. Food was tasty hot when needed and plentiful. Staff were friendly and welcoming

    Food was lovely, however, I found that the portion sizes have got A LOT smaller than what they used to be which is a shame considering the prices have also gone up!

    What a superb restaurant for Sunday lunch! Food was of high quality with plenty of choice. The staff were friendly and efficient. Great value! What more would you want?
