Ordered Bombay aloo,saag paneer and vegetable rice biryani ! Really disappointed with the food quality . Biryani had over spices masala , more then rice it was masala which isn’t suppose to be . Saag paneer was so runny and hardly any paneer was in there also Bombay aloo was the worse all of them with too much masala and huge chunk of potatoes in .

Food is great, service not wonderful tonight. If you pay a deposit it should be taken off the bill before it is brought to the table

I always enjoy my visits to this restaurant. Today we tried the buffet, but we were slightly disappointed in the overall choice of dishes. They tasted amazing and staff are always friendly and accommodating, but we would have preferred more choice of curries though. It's not a huge criticism and we will always have Namaste at the top of our list of amazing places to eat in Norwich.

First time at Namaste and vegetarian food. Was impressed by the menu but not what ended up on the plate. I had cauliflower which was chewy and bland and a sort of Sag Aloo which was a couple of new potatoes covered in a green sauce the like of what you would get in a pie and mash shop. My wife had a coconut and cashew nut vegetable thing which ended up as mostly liquid with the odd nut floating in it. Service was great and overall a nice place to eat, just that the food did not live up to the rest of it . . .. ..

The food was fabulous but despite our asking for a gap , the main course came as soon as we finished our starters. The staff were lovely.

My husband and I enjoyed lunch at Namaste Village yesterday 5th December 2024. The food was excellent, we had the Masala dosa. As it was a pre Christmas lunch we had cocktails and wine. Our waiter was very gracious, courteous and helpful. The decor was authentic and the restaurant was pleasant. I like the fact that as a customer one can contribute to a donation sticker for a free meal for the homeless which is placed in the window. We wish the Norwich team a very Merry Christmas and a happy and prosperous 2025.

Food was expensive (London prices). £70 for 2 people, versus same food £45 at other Indian's in Norwich. With a high roof, the restaurant was feeling a little chilly. Other than that, the food was very nice.

We were quietly celebrating a good friend’s birthday and drove from Colchester to eat at this beautiful restaurant. The interior is magical with its hanging lights and cavernous dining hall. The food is 100% vegetarian and vegan and so, as vegetarians, we could choose anything from the menu in comfort. One of our diners has a gluten intolerance and the waiter advised us, knowledgeably, about the appropriateness of each item ordered. The food was wonderful! We shared a mixed starter and all commented on the quality. The main dishes were fresh; the dosa was crispy as it should be. The staff were attentive, but not too attentive, and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. We all talked about what a lovely experience the evening had been on the drive home.
