Kimchi was delicious, meats were cooked well, beef tongue was high quality. Short rib was very fatty, and I think even though service was great, prices were outrageous

Since this place opens, I went about 5-6 times a year for this place. I usually got lunch on weekend since I did not want to wait for busy dinner time and until recently, I found out reservation is possible through Open Table. This was my first time eating for dinner with Open Table reservation. Food was great as usual but service was terrible. This place is known for “full service” Korean bbq experience in which server literally cooked your meat from beginning to end. However, my server did not even cut our meat for bite sizes. Pace of cooking was so fast and cooking was not even medium rare. Server did not even finish our vegetable cooking at the end. This was complete opposite level of service that I had with this place of well over dozen times. I only came up with conclusion that they want us to leave soon because we made reservation through Open Table or something. It could be because simply it was weekend dinner time but service was very poor. I recommend this place 100% for the food AND service if weekend dinner service is usually this poor, I would not go for any weekend dinner.

This is our second time there and we came to celebrate a birthday. The first time was great so we had high hopes. This time though, the service, while acceptable was very frenetic. The server had a couple of tables which impacted the quality of food and service. He literally left the onions on the grill at the end, undercooked and never returned to our table. We ordered the large beef for groups. Every cut had a tremendous amount of inedible fat. I’m not sure we will come back here again. It was a long drive for so-so food and service at a pretty hefty price.

Loud, smoky, no explanation or help with the menu, bland meat and expensive. And they rushed us to finish. Will not be back.

Absolutely fantastic Korean BBQ! It was getting depressing dealing with places that were best at mediocre but Naksan reminded us what quality actually looked like and with fantastic service.

After eating here once, I was blown away. The service, quality of the meat, and the variety of banchan was excellent. It was an amazing experience accompanied by delicious food.
