Nagomi is the first Korean / Japanese restaurant in the Cotswolds & Gloucestershire offering an indoor smokeless table bbq & hot pot experience (we use the world leading yakiniku table grill from Japan). This is massively popular in Japan, Korea, London and the USA, so come and try it out !!

We also have a great selection of authentic Japanese & Korean dishes + sushi rolls cooked from scratch in the kitchen, if you don't fancy DIY grilling. We have separate Gluten Free and Vegetarian/Vegan menus available.

All of our dishes have been taught to us by Korean and Japanese chefs, so that we can give you the most authentic experience possible.

Our atmosphere is relaxed and fun, so that you can enjoy your time with us. A lot of our interior artwork, laterns & signage has been imported from Japan & Korea, just make you feel as though you could be dining in Osaka, Japan, or Hongdae, Korea !!

Brilliant experience and tasty food! Slow service but communicated by staff and compensated with free extras. A different birthday experience which was good fun.

A great mix of Korean and Japanese food at reasonable prices and with staff who care about the food. I can't wait to take the family for the BBQ experience as I know they will love it. Good values set lunches means this is a great restaurant - whatever time of day.

I had the absolute pleasure of dining at Nagomi, and I can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, Portia and the team made us feel incredibly welcome. The hospitality was exceptional, warm, attentive, and effortlessly professional. The food? Simply outstanding. Every dish was packed with flavor, beautifully presented, and expertly prepared. The BBQ experience was a highlight! Each bite was a delight, and the selection of dishes we tried showcased the restaurant’s commitment to quality and authenticity. The atmosphere was vibrant, lively, and full of energy - perfectly balanced between excitement and comfort. It was a busy evening, yet everything ran seamlessly thanks to the hardworking and well-coordinated staff. A huge thank you to Portia and the entire team for such a fantastic experience. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend Nagomi. The food was fresh, super tasty and well presented. The fried chicken we had as a side was mega. The bbq experience was really cool, Portia talked us through everything first and then gave us a tutorial which was really easy and pretty fun. I guess it’s a bit more interactive than just having a meal. I will definitely be coming back soon

The customer service from the moment that we walked in was outstanding. We were taken through the menu and suggestions were made. We chose what Portia, the owner, suggested which was a selection for the BBQ / grill. The meat was amazing and it was fun to 'cook' our own meal. Will certainly return in the future.

First time for us and 3 children (7,9,11). Had a great meal, fun doing the cooking and above all we all loved the food. Great atmosphere and very attentive staff. Would recommend !

Porsche the manager and her team provide an exceptional venue with mouth watering food that you can immerse yourself in with a bit of DIY cooking if you choose to do so. Locally sourced ingredients including the must try Kobi beef! Amazing! The staff are always attentive and guide you through a well thought out menu and also guide you in how to eat traditional Korean food! A real hidden gem of Cheltenham with family feel atmosphere. Will be adding this to our regular haunts!
