We are a community-driven restaurant in Seattle, Washington focusing on the education of Filipino cuisine.
We are rooted in Beacon Hill, where we are proud to serve a seasonal beverage program alongside personal and intimate Filipino dishes inspired by our childhood memories

We accept daily walk-ins at our bar and a few allotted tables. This is on a first come first serve basis. For 5 or more guests, please come early and speak to our host

Excelente opción en Seattle!! La comida espectacular, la fusión de sabores, condimentos, increíble! Y la atención de todo el staff inmejorable! Primera vez que pruebo la comida Filipina y es un must!

Mustang was so much fun! The food was imaginative and excellent, service prompt and friendly. We had dinner with friends we hadn’t seen for a while and were made to feel completely at home. Every dish had a distinct flavor, hard to pick a favorite though the scallops, black cod and fried chicken were absolutely delicious. N/A drinks were very good. Our group split a couple of the chocolate desserts (amazing flavor bombs) and the baklava. Most of all we were comfortable, relaxed, and had a great time.

Meant to be shared, all the dishes were delicious with flavor, texture and temperature contrasts. We had to restrain ourselves from licking the bowl of the sauces on the ribs and the squash dishes. Will be back!

Wonderful meal! Very elevated experience. I’m not a fan of the automatic 22% gratuity. :/ Service was very attentive and deserving though.

Love this restaurant. Great takes on my favorite Filipino dishes. I believe no fault of their own but portions and prices have become a little discordant. Would still come again for a special occasion!

Outstanding flavors, attentive service, including to our friend with several food restrictions. Delicious vegan, gluten, and dairy free rice dessert. We LOVED every dish.
