The Mountain View Chalet has been serving Hunterdon County for over 35 years. Our continental menu and daily specials offer an extensive array of selections, including appetizers, soups, salads, pasta, seafood, beef, veal, poultry and vegetarian dishes.

In addition to our main courses, we offer a recently expanded wine list that can complement your every meal. The tasty home baked desserts and the wide variety of brandies and ports will make your dining experience a memorable event.

We had an enjoyable meal and the staff was very attentive. However they did not have our reservation on their list. It was ultimately not a problem but I wonder what happened.

This place never disappoints. The food is always good and the pric3s are competitive with most of the better restaurants in the area. The service is always excellent. Our server, Chesney, was absolutely stellar, attentive without being overbearing and exquisitely personable.

I was so thrilled to have a wonderful dinner there with cousins. The ambience, server and noise level perfectly matched the way I enjoy a fine restaurant. The food was exceptionally delicious. I enjoyed every bite. I highly recommend this place.
