En realidad todo el buen trabajonlo ha hecho el manager Shan que estaba al pie del cañon. La empresa Motley tiene que estar orgullosa de tener recursos como él

Menu has changed a few days earlier and it wasn’t updated online so very little for vegetarians - only cauliflower for starter and cauliflower for main course. Huge delay between courses as people had arrived for dinner that weren’t accounted for.

Our reservation was at 12:45 some of our party didn’t eat until 2:30 after one of the waitresses got the order wrong. However the staff recognised the issue, apologised and gave us a discount without asking. They tried to resolve the issue which was helpful. They were also super polite about the whole thing.

The door host wasn’t very friendly when we arrived, we had a table booked for 6 people and she tried to sit us at a 5 seated table, they did find us a big enough table though. We were brought 2 bottles of Prosecco almost immediately but had to wait 30 minutes to order food and drinks which isn’t great when the bottomless brunch is 90 minutes. When the food came we were a meal short so one guest had to wait for their meal. Due to all of this we opted not to pay the £24 service charge that was added. We would not come back.

Food was very tasty. We had a selection of the small plates and enjoyed everyone. There were a few items on the menu that were not available, but the suggested alternatives were great. Our server was very friendly and helpful. However we did need to rush off and getting the bill did take a while considering we had told the server of the time limit.

Offer advertised on OpenTable was not the offer in the restaurant. Was offered prosecco as part of the offer and neither of us drink alcohol but we could have got round that by having a soft drink. Where we were sat was not the most private, felt like we'd been plonked into the corner of shame with other couples. We didn't know tapas was on the menu as offer had been promoted differently and we didn't feel the price reflected the actual value for money we thought we were getting. We decided to leave the restaurant after speaking to the host. Hats off to the host, she was gracious and apologised and completely understood. We were offered a solution but by this point we just wanted to leave. Staff amazing, shame about the rest. Update any offers in OpenTable to avoid confusion

I was gutted, I love visiting places that offer cool looking cocktails and considering Motley make a massive point over their “candy floss cocktail” plastered all over instagram and online, the woman simply said she just couldn’t do it as they didn’t have any candy floss? Which is gutting when I have travelled here from Leicester. It’s not hard to stock candy floss. I asked what other cocktails they offered that looked cool and another lady kindly mentioned an Indian spiced cocktail with gold spray, in to which the original woman said “well you can make that then” seemed she travelled up from a week in London and couldn’t be bothered. The food was delicious I will say, but it’s just such a shame that they couldn’t offer their “signature” cocktail.
