OpenTable diners named our restaurant as one of the best around. Located in the heart of Dublin city center and overlooking the River Liffey, The Five-Star Morrison Hotel Dublin, Curio Collection by Hilton, now offers the cool and contemporary Morrison Grill restaurant space for guests to enjoy exciting culinary experiences, created with the very best of Irish produce.
Executive Head Chef, Sushil Kumar, describes his food ethos as a celebration of fresh local produce, served up with innovation. The award-winning Morrison Grill is one of the best restaurants in Dublin city and is home to one of the first Josper Grills in Ireland, which is a combined charcoal grill and oven that can reach temperatures of 500°C. This ensures that our steaks and other meats are cooked perfectly.

We know our regular guests love to come in to the Morrison all to relax, people watch and catch up with good friends, while soaking up the atmosphere and enjoying the Fancy Pants Afternoon Tea in our luxurious setting overlooking the River Liffey. Served daily at the Morrison Grill from 12pm to 6pm. from the 15th March: €42.00 with tea & coffee. €49.00 with prosecco. €59.00 with a glass of Moet Champagne

Our Gentlemen’s Afternoon Tea offers a twist on the traditional afternoon tea swapping finger sandwiches for delicious items such as steak sandwiches, beef sliders, smoked rasher scones and whiskey chocolate truffles that can be washed down with a refreshing bottle of Hope beer priced at €37 per person. It’s definitely not just for gentlemen either - we believe it will also appeal to ladies looking for an alternative to the traditional afternoon tea. Served daily at the Morrison Grill from 12pm to 6pm.

Fuimos a cenar en noche vieja y el trato fue excepcional por el camarero y en general todo el servicio. El hotel es muy bonito y la zona de restaurante agradable.

Fillet steak was very poor quality, they missed off the potatoes and we had to wait ages for these, service was very poor and no one seemed to care. Very expensive for the food and service received. Presentation of the starter was nice, but main meals lacking in taste. And service was very poor, wouldn’t recommend this place.

The Grill is quite small, so I'd suggest you book in advance. We selected 2 different fish starters, which were beautifully flavored , served prompt with a smile. Opting for the Jasper Steak menu as our mains, both the fillet and ribeye were cooked to perfection. Being 8oz steaks, we were not over faced with giant pieces of meat, allowing us to eat well but leave not feeling too full to move. Highly recommend this restaurant if you can plan in advance.

We ordered the Gentleman's Tea, a welcome alternative to traditional tea that included more savory offerings and a delicious beer instead of tea/coffee. It was served with style and the service was exceptional.

Dining in The Morrison Grill is consistently a pleasure for myself and friends.We keep returning there for the food , ambiance,and the efficient and friendly service led by Laura the assistant manager . A point to note is that staff do not rush you out in anticaption of a second sitting.
