Montrachet at Bowen Hills, is located on King Street. Large windows enclose a lavishly furnished space, creating
intimacy for a world of luxury inside; white tablecloths, silver cutlery, rich timbers and a well-stocked bar and cellar are all redolent of a charming Parisian brasserie and perceptive waitstaff are attentive in fulfilling culinary desires.
Stepping into Montrachet is like stepping into a Parisian bistro. From the burgundy leather banquet that runs the length of the room, to the marble comptoir (bar), Montrachet oozes elegance and charm. Traditional overtones and design are accompanied by Laguiole cutlery, monogrammed crockery and the finest glassware. French antiques, metal pastis signs and gilt framed mirrors create an ambience perfectly complimentary to the French cuisine of executive chef and owner Clement Chauvin is famous for.

Beautiful traditional French food extremely well executed. Delightful service and a special fine dining experience. We enjoyed the crab soufflé and shared a beef Wellington which was exceptional. Thanks for a wonderful night out.

The food was artistically presented and delicious. Complimentary dishes was a huge surprise. The arrangement of tables was good in that they minimized noise. Lovely decor inside The staff were professionally dressed and friendly. A nice way to celebrate my birthday.

Welcome Chef Clement. We have known you for many years through your restaurants in Canberra, and have always loved your food. We were very pleased to be able to entertain good friends who also knew of your work. The whole staff at Montrachet did a great job while we were there, and the diners in the room all seemed to be having a great time. we will, of course, return.

**Review for Moncherat, Bowen Hills, Brisbane** My husband and I recently dined at Moncherat and enjoyed their set menu, which was an absolute delight. The entire experience was not only a culinary journey but also a theatrical one, with each dish presented in an imaginative and engaging way. The staff were exceptionally attentive, ensuring every detail was perfect throughout the meal. The food itself was outstanding—each course was an explosion of exciting and perfectly balanced flavors that truly showcased the chef's creativity and skill. To top it off, parking was conveniently located nearby, making the visit hassle-free. Moncherat is a must-visit for anyone looking for a memorable dining experience in Brisbane. Highly recommended!

We had the set menu here last night on New Year’s Eve, consisting of 5 courses of exquisite food with imaginative flavour combinations that worked absolutely perfectly together. Beautiful presentation, lovely ambience, impeccable service, amazing cocktails and an extensive wine list! We were curious to experience Montrachet under new management and they definitely exceeded our expectations, very happy to dine here again!

From the moment you arrive, the experience is first class. The staff are welcoming and polite, making you feel like 'an old friend' (without being intrusive). The decor is understated and elegant - a perfect combination for a 'special occasion'. The food is NEXT LEVEL. Our experience at Montrachet was without doubt the BEST dining experience we have encountered in Australia. Montrachet could compare favourably to the best in Paris. We are incredibly fortunate to have this dining experience in Brisbane. There are many French restaurants in this town that are French in name only. Montrachet however, is French in every sense of the word - elegant, traditional, classy - an experience to savour.
