We had gift certificate to spend and our food was cold and we did tell the waitress. Wasn’t her fault but we tip her but won’t do that again for our gift certificate as we’re disappointed in surf and turf every thing was all cold not impressed. And I don’t normally make note or complained but really want good

My food was almost cold. I ordered the 10oz beef grilled well done, loaded potatoes and it came with 3 onion rings. My stake came charged outside almost cold, my potato’s were cold so no way for the butter to melt, and the onion rings were hard as if they were refried and cold. The food quality was mediocre, very disappointing. the only reason for giving 3 stars was the server who was very nice.

Our server Destiny was friendly, approachable and most importantly, hardworking. It's seems that on our Sunday night visit, the restaurant was lacking servers. It took awhile to take our order but once it was in, everything else fell into place. We were there for a birthday celebration and it went well. We appreciate Destiny very much. A plate of fries was missing from the birthday boy's order but she corrected it. Her customer service was exceptional!

Un peu de musique aurait mis davantage d'ambiance, malheureusement ce n'était pas le cas. Nous avons attendu 10 mn pour être installés alors que le restaurant était presque vide et que les serveurs nous ont vus! Cadre vieillot.

This Montana’s is always good (food often tastes better than at other locations) and service was excellent. Would be nice if there was a little space or some padding between booths as there were kids kicking and jumping around on the booth behind us so our booth kept shaking. There are space constraints though so this is not the fault of the restaurant. Great meal and we’ll return soon,

Visiting a restaurant for Father’s Day is always a toss of dice - it could be noisy, busy, and hectic. Montana’s on Bank was extremely efficient, all the staff were welcoming. Our server, Chris, had a smile on his face the whole time and stayed a moment to chat with my dad after our meal was done (which was very kind; my dad is definitely not the easiest customer). The food was phenomenal, clearly fresh and great portions and flavours. We were sat in a booth off to the side, exactly as I requested in my reservation. The night was AMAZING - I will 100% be coming back!
