Was expecting something for the birthday. After them knowing, but without announcing it to everyone. Not a cake, not a happy birthday no offer. Even though we had the email for it. noone asked, noone offered. We felt very ignored. My dad had asked for ketchup & something else and noone came back, had to grab it off another table. It felt very rushed and not very nice. We didnt even have salt or pepper..

Our food was cold when it came out. The brisket was super dry. Our waitress wasn’t good either. She didn’t check on us once. It was always someone else coming to the table.

Took over an hour and half to get our food. Server was nice. Got some of the food cold or burnt, didn’t offer us a discount or apologize for waiting so long. Won’t be going back

Nice restaurant . Staff very friendly and efficient . It did take awhile for our food to arrive. Both my wife and I had the same comment: food was pretty good but certainly could have been much, much warmer.. We made the reservation ( of course it came through Open Table) and when we arrived and had e-mail confirmation, they had no record of the reservation. Not the first time this has happened with Open Table. Luckily the restaurant was able to accommodate us.

Returned the ribs and they were still dry and not good. The baked potatoe was over cooked and cold when it arrived both times.

Great meal with the timing of everything coming out good. Wings and ribs were good, and the buttermilk chicken was fantastic.

There were very few diners. Only two hostess/servers. We have been going to Montana’s for a long time, I don’t know why, but the place is more quiet every time we go. Sad to see the Whitby location closed up.

The beef ribs were dry and my portion had very little meat on it. We waited forever for our dessert to be served. Not the quality I remember. It was a $300 disappointment. Never again!
