Atlas Restaurant Group presents Monarque, a French brasserie located in Baltimore’s Harbor East. Monarque is inspired by the French era of prosperity when culture boomed and extravagance flourished. The cuisine is complemented by a beverage program with over 500 French wine labels and an extensive collection of Cognac and Armagnac.

Transporting guests to another time and place while being rooted in the present, Monarque hosts a rotation of acts every weekend, with Baltimore's best jazz musicians, cabaret vocalists, burlesque dancers, and more.

Monarque welcomes guests of all ages Sunday through Thursday. On Friday and Saturday, the experience is suited for guests 18 years of age and older, and only adults are permitted to dine.

When making your weekend reservations, please note that parties of 1-5 guests will have two hours to enjoy our cuisine and entertainment, parties of 5-8 will dine for two hours and 30 minutes, and parties of 9 and more can enjoy seating for three hours.

Another amazing experience from start to finish. The customer service regarding allergies before dining was top notch. Our server was phenomenal and our meal was delightful. This was our third year dining here for my husband’s birthday and we are counting down the days until our next visit. Thank you!

Mussels were a 10/10, probably the best mussels I’ve had and it’s a great portion. I also had the steak frites, tastes good but you get way more fries than steak which I think wasn’t worth the cost. Overall a very great experience and happy I tried them out!

Two steaks were sent back because they were chewy and cooked incorrectly. For a steakhouse, this should never happen.

Monarque Restaurant Review Monarque is nothing short of exceptional. The ambiance set the perfect tone for a festive holiday dinner—elegant, warm, and lively. The steak au poivre was a standout, perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor, though every dish on the menu impressed. What truly sets Monarque apart is the seamless blend of fine dining and premium entertainment. Often, one outshines the other with dinner shows, but here both were equally outstanding. This was a memorable experience from start to finish, and I can’t wait to return!

This place was a 10/10! If you have a special occasion to celebrate, do not hesitate! Our server, Sammie, was delightful and the venue is gorgeous - Old school classy but not stuffy. We are foodies from New Orleans where food is a Way of life and this place was on par with some of the best in NOLA. We had the steak tartar, the Brussel sprouts, the swordfish, the Cobia, and the short ribs. Highly recommend all. We also enjoyed several inventive cocktails. All around great experience!
