This is truly one of the better restaurants I’ve been to. Certainly one of the best in Boston. Delicious and creative food expertly prepared by culinary artists served by well informed and engaged servers. From the tuna crudo to the friend monkfish and then on to our pasta and snapper, outstanding food in every bite. This was our 5th visit and I would add that as good as each visit was, this was the best. The environment is lovely but not overdone. I am both saddened and fairly happy that I don’t live closer. It would be too easy to stop in, sit at the bar and enjoy some of this or that on a regular bases. After 70 years of life, I still have to wonder if that much of a good thing is ok. Bravo, bravo, bravo!

We were two couples and everyone raved about everything we ate tonight. The cocktails were fabulous and very interesting as was all the food. Fortunately our server carefully explained every esoteric ingredient so we chose well for our pallets. We feasted on charred beet salad, roasted cauliflower with many spices, buttermilk fried monkfish, chickpea pancake filled with greens, salt cod ravioli, mackerel with green tomato tapenade. The plates were ample to share and not a bite was left.

We had a great meal on a very cold evening outside but warm night inside at Moeca. Food was tasty and presentation was appealing. Emily did an excellent job guiding our choices and providing clear answers to our questions. We felt well taken care of throughout our dining experience.

Overall experience was very well received. There was a snafu with one of our dishes but it was promptly remedied and appropriately comped. Would come back again, great date night!

We had a lovely evening. My son has celiac disease, and the chef and staff were very knowledgeable and made sure his food was celiac safe. Everything was delicious, the wine was a perfect match and the service was great.

Gorgeous vibes and exemplary service matched the innovative and yummy food— which manages to be cozy and casual and highly elevated all at the same time. A perfect spot for a celebration or intimate dinner out. 10/10
