El MJ O'Connor es un pub irlandés querido por visitantes y locales por igual desde hace más de 15 años que ofrece deliciosa comida de pub, comida estadounidense, cervezas artesanales locales y una amplia selección de cerveza de barril. The noise level was off the charts. Just really poor acoustics. Food was good not amazing but good. Service was great.

When I made a reservation I specified I required a gluten free menu. While there were gluten free options they weren’t plentiful. Most of the sandwiches are marked gluten free but are served with fries which are cooked in a shared frier which means they aren’t suitable for a coeliac like myself. The server was ok but didn’t even ask if we wanted dessert or any more drinks. Overall it was disappointing and I won’t be back

We had 6 of us and all of our entrees were ok at best. Steak tips was chewy and difficult to eat. Flavor not good. Pretzel sticks were small (4) for $15! Everything is overpriced and quality was basic to poor. Service was not great either. Don’t recommend

Great check in with host. Seated, and a server came by fairly quickly to take our drink orders. The server was very overworked - and attempting to serve the entire dining room with just one other server. Drinks were great, beer was cold and food was on point. We would definitely return.

Service is excellent. Food is meh. Drinks are okay. Our food came out cold but the restaurant quickly remade it. It’s obviously not a five star restaurant so don’t expect anything amazing. Food is on par with TGIFridays or subway. Good place for dinner, better for after dinner drinks.

Four of us went for dinner before a show at The Colonial Theatre. There were 3 or 4 families together each with little kids sitting across the dining room. The moms were at the bar right next to the tables with all the kids. The kids were running around, yelling, screaming, and crying while the moms stood by enjoying their drinks at the bar unaffected by the chaos their kids were creating. When we asked the server to please ask them to settle their kids down so the rest of us in the dining room could enjoy our meals he said yes and agreed they were being unruly. A few minutes later the manager came over and apologized for the noise and said, there’s really nothing he could do because the husbands were over on the other side of the bar with a big tab and he didn’t want to “rile them up and have them make a scene”. So the manager decided not to manage — and the rest of us were not able to enjoy our meals in peace. Not a good dining experience. Very disappointing.

Excellent food and very friendly staff! We were there for a pre-concert meal and saved 10% on food by showing our tickets.
