Minami is the fourth culinary concept from ABURI Restaurants, alongside sister venues Miku Toronto, ABURI TORA, ABURI HANA, and ABURI SUSHI Waterworks further expanding the reach of our trailblazing aburi cuisine within the Toronto culinary scene.

This special menu features: - BC Lobster Roll - Japanese Wagyu Carpaccio ft. charred apple puree, fig, kimizu, Japanese chilli - Five-piece Aburi Sushi & Oshi Selection - Entrée of Japanese Wagyu, Saikyo-marinated Trout, and Seared Scallop - Matcha Strawberry Parfait Pre-book the experience and receive a complimentary glass of bubbles on arrival! Enjoy a lively atmosphere with Minami's favourite DJ DevoDLive, spinning from 7 pm until late. A condensed à la carte menu will also be available alongside the tasting menu. Very attentive and caring service. We celebrated our anniversary here, and the staff prepared a card for us in advance. They even placed a wishing note on our dessert. Food and cocktail are good too.

The waitress was very nice and welcoming. Some other staff less but she was not pretentious and very warm. Even though it seemed she was new. The food is priced fairly, and the first courses were special and excellent.

I’ve had many fantastic experiences at Minami, and this time I booked a dinner for my parents. They had an absolutely wonderful time and were thrilled with the food. I had several special requests for the reservation, and Nicholas and his team went above and beyond in ensuring everything was perfect. The service was impeccable, and the attention to detail truly made the evening memorable. Thank you so much to the team for creating such a wonderful experience for us — we’ll definitely be back!

Hi I made this reservation very early. I was not sure how to put in my reservation that we wanted a certain table by the window. We were fortunately moved to the table we wanted. As always the food was good. The nacho's new on the menu were considered a big success. Thank you for a lovely meal.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review! Guests are free to make a note about preferred seating in their reservation, and we do our best to accommodate requests when possible. OpenTable has a field where guests can type special notes when booking a table. We have a partnership with Tablz, where guests can book their preferred seating for a small fee, which is the only way to guarantee seating in a specific area of the restaurant. This link can be found on the reservations tab on our website. Misunderstandings between guests and staff sometimes occur. We do our best to avoid them, but they do happen from time to time.
