The mission of Milpa team is to honor the food, essence and culture of Mexico by offering uniquely prepared dishes from scratch with only the best possible ingredients and service.

The Milpa concept is to feature modern Mexican cuisine and flavors from all parts of Mexico from Baja California to Jalisco to Oaxaca.

We specialize in making our own tortilla and variety of salsas from scratch no one else has.

At Milpa there is an attention to details that take each dish up a notch by our chef the cuisine Chef Dickson Fernandez that serves each taco with it's own beer complements and balances all the ingredients for each perfectly.

Our cocktail menu focuses on agave based drinks with a concentration on Mezcal. our wine list brings you great Mexican wines hard to find along with many others that pair well with our dishes.

    This is a hidden gem! The food is authentic Mexican food and it’s amazing. I had arrachera and tinga tacos both full of flavor. Guacamole it’s truly delicious. The drinks are wonderful also, I had a tamarind Margarita. Our server, Karina was exceptional. Their attention to detail was impeccable.

    Went for all you can eat tacos, did not disappoint! We tried all options and they were all delicious. The patio was full when we got there but cleared out quickly. It was great to be semi enclosed considering the main road right outside.

    We have eaten three times at Milpa Tacos y Tortillas in Cocoa Village FL. The food has been outstanding -- taste, presentation, and quantity are just right. All of the servers are very friendly and knowledgeable re the menu and food preparation. The restaurant has lots of space -- including two large patios outside and several large inside rooms. We have found the restaurant to have plenty of room -- have not waited in line. This is the first time we made a reservation -- usually we have just walked in. We recommend this restaurant also because it has some unique small tacos -- mushroom and the vegan taco are especially good. You can order 3 or 4 different ones and make a meal.

    EXCELLENT BARTENDER, beautiful space in a cute area. The food is good, would love to see one vegetarian salad on the menu. Great cocktails and botanas too.
