El restaurante Millennium, inaugurado en 1995, ofrece pescado fresco y cocina vegetariana innovadora. Millennium propone diversos platillos a base de verduras en un ambiente elegante y acogedor. This year has been full of great adventures in cuisine at Millennium Restaurant. We celebrated our 30th anniversary this year, with plenty of gratitude to our teammates and guests that make every service possible. Join us to celebrate another year of visionary vegan cuisine with a 5-course prix-fixe menu featuring extra special dishes from the Millennium kitchen. Our New Year’s Eve service will be a fine celebration of all that we’ve created together and all that is still to look forward to!

We had a 7pm reservation and got seated at 7:20. We didn’t get any food until almost 8pm. By 8:15 we had only eaten bread and pate and just got our salad after having to ask for it. We didn’t leave the restaurant until 9:15pm. Service was extremely slow. Food great but not sure if worth the looooong wait.

The food had a creative concept. The food could have had more flavor. On the positive side, the dessert was delightful and well thought out, offering a glimpse of the potential the menu could achieve. The wine selection could benefit from better pairing suggestions to elevate the dining experience. Overall, while there were promising elements, the flavors need significant improvement to match the restaurant’s ambition.

The staff were lovely. I got the impression that they were a little overworked, which meant we had to wait about 20 minutes before anyone took our order, but they certainly went out of their way to make our experience enjoyable. One of the waitresses was able to change our reservation time when it was clear that traffic was worse than expected—she even found us a table, instead of the the bar reservation we had before. Really great service!

Who knew vegan food could taste this good?! As a relative newcomer to the vegan world, I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and tastiness of the food here. As appetizers, we had a red lentil soup and a breaded (but not fried) mushroom dish that reminded us of fried calamari. We had a mushroom main course and the Alfredo pasta, both of which were excellent, as were the Brussels sprouts (which used a tempeh sausage in lieu of the usual overly heavy bacon). The desserts too were better than expected, especially the chocolate pie. The service was friendly and attentive without being cloying. We had a reservation for the dining room, but they suggested we take patio seating instead. That proved to be a good recommendation. It was much quieter out there, and the heaters and available blankets offset a bit of chilliness. The dining room meanwhile, was pretty noisy. The meal was a bit pricey but definitely worth it for a special occasion. We will return.
