Hosted once a month, this exclusive event offers a carefully curated 9-course menu, featuring a seamless blend of simplicity and sophistication. Our culinary team will present each dish, offering a unique narrative behind every creation. Each dish showcases creativity and balanced flavors, beginning with light, subtle tastes and progressing to richer, more intense profiles, culminating in bright, refreshing sweets. To complement the Omakase menu, we offer a thoughtfully curated beverage pairing. The pairing including a welcome cocktail based on shochu, a variety of sake and infused sake pairings, and even temperature variations for a truly sophisticated touch. From sparkling sake with miso soup to infused cucumber sake with maki, every pairing is carefully selected to enhance the Omakase experience. Join us for an unforgettable evening of fine dining, where the ordinary becomes extraordinary. Please note that Omakase at Milkberry begins promptly at 7pm. Another wonderful experience at one of Hotel Indigo’s many restaurants, Milkberry, which does sushi. We had an app, some rolls and temari. All delicious. Our server, Imperio, was excellent. Attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. We are outside and it could not have been a better ambience.

Milkberry was great! Our server Kharla was amazing. She was attentive, friendly, and made a point to learn and call everyone in our party by their name. The food and drinks were also great (pricey but great)!

Had the best experience at Milkberry even though we rushed in right before closing! The staff were so sweet about it - no eye-rolls or rushed service like you might expect. Everything was spot-on: super fresh sushi, this amazing spicy edamame with a ginger kick that I'm still thinking about, and a lobster salad that was to die for. Can't believe how well they treated us even though they were probably ready to head home. You know a place is special when they make you feel this welcome even at closing time.

Delicious sushi and even better service. Ace was the best! He was prompt. He was friendly. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and we’ll be back.

Ace, the waiter was super friendly and welcoming. The ambience was superb and the food was delicious. My guest and I enjoyed everything.

I really wanted to like this place. Upon being seated I felt like I was in a fish bowl, every employee would stare at you, very uncomfortable. I placed a cocktail order and my wife asked our server, Ace, to describe the Sake. He had no idea. There were only 3 types of fish to choose from. The cocktail took forever to arrive. We finally settled up and left.
