Midnight Morning, the vibrant coffee-to-cocktails café and restaurant is excited to add another experience to our line-up: a casual playful evening dinner workshop. The dinner workshop will be led by our From-Scratch-Obsessed Executive Chef Rory Lee, whom we owe our seasonal tasty & colorful Cavatelli dishes too! He loves researching and experimenting all things flour & water and educating us all on how wonderful making ingredients from scratch are simple… and so much tastier. Needless to say he’s been spoiling us all at Midnight Morning! In this 90-minute session we’ll start with sipping wine, thoughtfully paired with the Owner, Virginia while Chef Rory will get us started mixing flour, making dough, and hand rolling out the cutest, easiest pasta shapes ever - the Cavatelli. Then, we’ll finish with eating a delicious plate of our current signature dishes: Eggplant Ragu Ricotta Cavatelli and more of course a little more wine. At the end of the night, you will go home full and with all the information and recipes for making Cavatelli at home! You will even be able to take your first batch of dough to be shaped with your very own Italian Beechwood pasta board, included in your ticket. Midnight Morning, the vibrant coffee-to-cocktails café and restaurant is excited to announce the launch of its Midnight Morning Master Class Series, beginning with Espresso Foundations for a Home Barista. This immersive workshop is geared toward coffee enthusiasts with espresso machines at home. Hosted in collaboration with local coffee expert and roaster Evan Piepenbrink of An(other) Coffee Co., our two hours class will guide you in mastering the art of brewing café-quality coffee at home. Topics will be: Recipe Development - Espresso Prep - Dialing In - Milk Prep - and - Drink Assembly. This is our second class, and it will be held on Saturday, February 22, 2025 from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM at Midnight Morning, ahead of regular service. Participants will receive expert guidance, hands-on learning, and a bag of freshly roasted coffee beans from An(other) Coffee Co. to continue practicing at home. The workshop also includes a delicious brunch and, of course, exceptional coffee.

Sundays are the perfect day for doing Brunch all day. Enjoy our Breakfast Fried Rice, Eggs Benedict, Pancakes, all of our Sandwiches, and more, from 10 AM to 5:30 PM.
