Estuvo muy bueno mis 3 estrellas es pq si esperas comer tu mejor steak aquí pues de vas a defraudar ....la comida es buena pero no es nada q puedas conseguir en cualquier otro steak house ....ahora bien no es mála tampoco así q si quieres venir aquí a comer enfócate en ver los cuadros de Jordan y el ambiente del sitio . Q no sea por venir a comerte el mejor steak de tu vida

It was absolutely wonderful as we celebrated our 22nd Wedding Anniversary!! Deb is awesome, excellent customer service and Austin was amazing in his greeting us and making us feel welcomed!! Ou sever Philip was great, attentive and everything was delicious and the presentation, exceeded our expectations!!!! Thank you for making our experience so memorable ❤️

Always a good meal here (my favorite are the Berkshire Pork Chops). Sad that this location is closing soon. Excellent service and staff is extremely courteous and friendly. It's rare to find that quality in restaurants nowadays.

Our experience was under-whelming, to say the least. We were seated in the bar area, rather than the restaurant, where the noise level was very high. Our party of 4 ordered a bottle of wine, soups for the table, entrees, and side dishes. Rather than delivering all of the soups at the same time, they came in 3 separate deliveries... and only after we raised the issue with the manager. Our wine did not show up until after delivery 2 of the soups. We ordered the steak and lobster special for 2, salmon, whitefish and a side vegetable. Our mains arrived at the same time, except that the side vegetable didn't appear until after we told our server that it was missing. Our lobster tail was overcooked..not something you would expect at a high-end steak house (and a $123 price tag). The white fish was also overcooked. The steak was cooked nicely, and the mac and cheese, green beans and salmon were also very nice. Our server was very flustered throughout the evening and was not really able to provide the quality of service one expects from a restaurant of this caliber. She got a 'snippy' attitude after we pointed out that the soups were not delivered together. Were we picky? Absolutely...and rightfully so. When dining out and spending the amount of money we did, the expectations are high. Unfortunately, Michael Jordan's Steakhouse did not come close to living up to them.

This was my first visit and sad to hear they will be closing soon. It was a great dining experience and I wish I could have more.

Staff was very good. Ordered the steak flight and all 3 were subpar. The quality of the steak was the real issue. They cooked fine, but probably the lowest quality steaks I’ve had in a steak house. It was our son’s birthday and he enjoyed being there so we didn’t say anything. Our server was great, but for the cost and the quality of food, it was overall dissatisfying.
