   We arrived and were seated quickly, lovely server unfortunately I can't remember her name. She was very polite and friendly. Order taken efficiently and food was absolutely lovely. Was our 1st visit and definitely not our last. Thank you 😊

   Visited Mharsanta midweek. Food was excellent as was the detailed menu. Service was also excellent. A very enjoyable evening with no negatives. Will be back.

   Staff were great but unfortunately the food was only ok. The veg was cold and overall my dish not at level of what you’d expect eating out. My husband’s went for vegetarian dish and he was happier with his.

   Food Excellent, Atmosphere Excellent, Value for money excellent, service almost excellent… everything perfect up till payment… took too long to wait for payment my partner left to see a friend outside and I was left waiting to pay for our excellent overall experience.    We were a party of 5 and had plenty of space at our table. The service was great, gave us a few minutes to get settled then got our drinks order pretty quickly. I was really impressed that they don't have a mocktail menu because they can make you whatever mocktail you like! Got a beautiful strawberry daiquiri mocktail. The food was 10/10 for all of us, starter, main and dessert. All we're served pretty quick too. Price wise it worked out at £40 a head and that was for their lunch menu starter, main, dessert and we each had 2 drinks each so £40 each for all that is really good. We'll definitely be going back.

   First time in Mharsanta and will definitely be back, the food was delicious and big potions. Service was great very relaxed and no rush to leave once we had eaten

   Been a couple of times and enjoyed the food and had a good atmosphere. One of the few consistent places in the merchant city.

   First time in this restaurant and we were really impressed with the service, the food was fantastic. The wine list could have been more extensive as the Malbec we had was ok! Overall the experience was really good and yes we would recommend this restaurant.

    Six of us met for drinks and lunch. Drinks were fine. Food was disappointing. Meals were brought to the table just warm enough to eat but no more. For example one person ordered a burger which was warm enough to eat, but the fries were cold. I ordered a pie which was piping hot but the accompanying vegetables (including mashed potatoes and neeps) were cold. The other four diners in our group had the same experience, part of the meal hot the rest cold. When we managed to bring this to the attention of the restaurant staff, it was suggested that they could have the meals heated up by the kitchen staff, but halfway through a meal this isn’t helpful. They did say that they would mention the problems to the kitchen staff. When the bill came one of our party queried the bill, the manager came to see us but went in the huff because we didn’t think removing the discretionary service charge from the bill was good enough. Really, he did walk away, without a word In what world is removing a ‘discretionary’ service charge is any kind of benefit to a customer who has had a very poor dining experience.
