   Me encantó el lugar. Muy buen ambiente. Los managers Lugo y Matt estuvieron siempre al pendiente, muy buen servicio y atención . La comida excelente y los drinks son muy buenos también. Sin duda voy a regresar ✨

   Creo no fue mi noche de suerte ,no mucha variedad de comida ,las bebidas no estaban buenas y el servicio del mesero pésimo le ordenábamos y se olvidaba teníamos que recordarle hasta tres veces .

   It was an absolutely awful experience especially for an occasion where I wanted to celebrate my birthday. First, when we got to the restaurant our table wasn’t ready so we waited 18 minutes before getting sent upstairs. When we got to the top no one was there to help us so we were just blocking the stairwell before one person came and took us outside (I had reserved an indoor table). The table had 6 chairs and we had 8 people so he made us pull the table forward and adjust all the chairs saying we should just add to the ends. As we were doing this someone came and said oh I’m sorry you’re at the wrong table and took us inside. At the new table there were no menus, no silverware. The server took ages to even ask for drink orders or even start with waters. It took long to also take our food orders. During this time a glass also shattered right next to our table getting all in my guests feet and under our table. To comp for all of this, they sent us one queso. It really doesn’t seem to accommodate for the amount of inconveniences and frustrations we had.

   Service was extremely slow, after 30 minutes after ordering and not seeing our server someone I assume the manager informed us of a problem that made them take longer. Not right away… after a long time.

   This was a great place to have a date night, or any other occasion. Good and drinks was great, I had the pork chop which was seasoned and cooked perfectly, unfortunately my stomach wasn't feeling pork for some reason and I only ate a few bites, which it was huge, my wife had the carne asada and it was perfect. Appetizer we had the lobster cheese n tortillas, which we thought it was more like a dip but it wasn't, still great tho. The cocktails were fantastic! The server was on point and one of the mgs saw i didnt eat my pork chop so they offered any other items and offered to take it off my bill as well, plus a free desert, unfortunately I declined the desert and felt bad for not paying for the porck chop because it was still a great chop, just wasn't for me that night. Overall, 10 out of 10, and we will be back again.

   Service was bad. I have been to the other locations in Plano and Irving and this location was subpar. Food was mediocre and the queso was cold. Why would you put two-top tables by the elevators and bathrooms right next to the staircase? Do you really need to pack in those extra 6 people and give them that type of “experience?” Tacky. It’s uptown, you have to do better than that.

    Terrible service took us an hour to get our food and it was cold. Wait staff left us unattended for an hour once our food came and we had to flag someone down to make payment. Would not recommend or return.
