Finding harmony between authenticity and originality is something that first ignited the flame at Mesa Verde back in 2013 and continues to feed it today. While it’s fairly evident that an affinity for Mexican food and agave spirits is at the helm of what we do, our city’s rank on the culinary frontier has brought with it a particular nose for experimentation.

So, since we’re very literally in the heart of Melbourne up here on the sixth floor of Curtin House, high above the city’s jugular Swanston Street, we feel it’s our responsibility to highlight what Mexican dining (and drinking) looks like in the eyes of the modern Melburnian.

$10 Margaritas 4pm - 6pm daily.

All but one staff member seemed like they didn’t want to be there. The one gentlemen that took our order was a delight though. Food was average and doesn’t reflect price point Also requested a table in the booking flow and was seated at a bar - the host was also rude when I asked if we could be moved

Went here last night and ordered the Valentine’s Day set menu for $69pp. Drinks were divine, vibes were immaculate and service was quick and well paced. Would recommend!

So good! Even the vegetarian/vegan dishes rival those at restaurants that specialize in veg. Can’t recommend enough

Great starters (Tacos really good) and mains (quesadilla amazing). Desserts quite poor so wouldn't bother - be great to to have a really well executed Mexican Dulche de leche Flan. Great ambience and fitout, a little noisy but that's to be expected. Happy to go back.

Mesa Verde was sensational last night. Exquisite & interesting food, stunning drinks & a cracking vibe. Service was just fabulous. We all had a brilliant night.

Our group had a wonderful time at Mesa Verde. The chef selection was delicious and the staff were knowledgable and attentive. We can't wait to come back!

Venue had a cool vibe. Food was fab washed down with a frozen margarita all st happy hour prices. Who could ask for more!!
