El chef y propietario Peter Merriman ha trasplantado su versión de la gastronomía regional de Hawái a esta hermosa ubicación junto al océano en la localidad de Kapalua. Utiliza solo los productos más frescos, de los cuales como mínimo el 90% se producen o capturan en la zona, usando únicamente métodos sostenibles. Peter siempre ha estado a la vanguardia en el concepto "de la granja a la mesa". Toda la comida se prepara resaltando los sabores naturales de los alimentos. Tables will be seated from front to back, so we recommend booking our 4pm seating if your table location is very important to you. Location requests cannot be guaranteed. We will hold a table for you for 15 minutes past the reservation time. We ask that you limit your experience with us to 2 hours as a courtesy to the people waiting to be seated. If your plans should change, please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your reservation will incur a $225 no show fee.

We arrived to our reservation about 15 minutes early and we were sat almost immediately which was nice. Once we sat down and opened our menus, we saw happy anniversary written at the top and we thought it was super thoughtful! Our waiter Dennis was so nice and attentive. The food was AMAZING. We both agreed it was one of the best meal we’ve ever had. We ended the night with the bread pudding and a beautiful dessert for your anniversary. They were both delicious but we REALLY enjoyed the bread pudding! We were super happy and definitely was a great way to celebrate our anniversary. Definitely will be returning!

We had a lovely date right on the water, the chow fun and wok charred ahi were particularly excellent!

Unfortunately the food was very disappointing. My daughter and I got the fish special, which was over cooked and cold when served. My husband and son got the filet and ribeye, both lacked seasoning and flavor - and was also cold when it was served. We were seated in the bar area at a long table near the bathrooms, front door and at the end of the bar - lots of traffic and definitely took away from the experience. The only positive I can give for our $550 bill was the view and the service. Our waitress was very friendly and we walked around while waiting for our food to get a peek at the view - it was beautiful.

Everything was perfect as usual! The service, the food, the ambiance, and the most amazing view! Never disappoints. We love coming back to this spot. Thank you for keeping the quality consistent.

The service and food was top notch! I had the Macadamia Crusted Mahi. It was amazing. The cesar salad with fresh anchovies was great and the bread with the bruschetta and oil dipping sauce was sooooo good!

Our dinner was excellent and the waitstaff were very attentive! Two people in our party have dairy and gluten allergies. I noted these allergies when I made the reservation. Our waiter was aware of these allergies and made many wonderful recommendations without our guests having to ask for gluten and dairy free options. Lastly, the restaurant is beautiful!
