El chef y propietario Peter Merriman ha trasplantado su versión de la gastronomía regional de Hawái a esta hermosa ubicación junto al océano en la localidad de Kapalua. Utiliza solo los productos más frescos, de los cuales como mínimo el 90% se producen o capturan en la zona, usando únicamente métodos sostenibles. Peter siempre ha estado a la vanguardia en el concepto "de la granja a la mesa". Toda la comida se prepara resaltando los sabores naturales de los alimentos. Cuenta con un personal muy amable que garantiza una experiencia culinaria increíble. Su conocimiento de los alimentos es uno de los mejores del sector. Consistent high quality food and service. Has gotten spendy over the years but doable for a special occasion. It was our 39th wedding anniversary and they made it very special.

Top 5 meal I've ever had in my entire life... And I'm pushing 40, so the sample size is statistically significant. 😀. Leah was an amazing server, the views of the ocean and breaching whales were breathtaking, and every food item surpassed our expectations. I won't detail all of the food we ordered, because they were all 5/5 rated, so I'm sure the rest of the menu would be the same. Just go, enjoy the ambiance, take in the views, and create a memorable experience.

Amazing food. We both got macadamia nut crusted mahimahi, and it was the best we've ever had. The views of the sunset are fantastic. Bring sunglasses.

Merriman’s is one of the best restaurants on Maui and for good reason. The views are spectacular and so is the food. This was my second time here. We came to celebrate my 40th birthday and the kitchen did not disappoint. I got the ribeye again and we also tried the taro hummus and oysters. I loved it all. I wish I would have had room for the bread pudding because that’s seriously the best dessert! Highly recommend coming here for any special occasions or just to celebrate life!

We’ve eaten at Merriman’s more than a few times. The main dining room energy and ambiance is pretty spectacular. Last night we sat in a spot outside, down a set of stairs, and 40 yards from the main dining room. The setting surprised me. Way way different than the main dining room.

What a beautiful place to celebrate our 27th anniversary! The service, food, and, of course, the view were all spectacular.
