El chef y propietario Peter Merriman ha trasplantado su versión de la gastronomía regional de Hawái a esta hermosa ubicación junto al océano en la localidad de Kapalua. Utiliza solo los productos más frescos, de los cuales como mínimo el 90% se producen o capturan en la zona, usando únicamente métodos sostenibles. Peter siempre ha estado a la vanguardia en el concepto "de la granja a la mesa". Toda la comida se prepara resaltando los sabores naturales de los alimentos. Cuenta con un personal muy amable que garantiza una experiencia culinaria increíble. Su conocimiento de los alimentos es uno de los mejores del sector. Was there to celebrate wife’s bday. Food was ok to mediocre. Ambience was fine. What hurt us most was the fact that inspite of taking my wife’s name down during checkin as the b day girl no candles no happy birthday song. That was not the case with two other parties in the restaurant. The only conclusion I could draw would be our race. So my advice would be if you are any race other than white don’t bother. These people are overtly racist and will spoil your night and occasion.

This is probably the best restaurant on Maui. The view is spectacular, the service the best on Island, and the food is amazing.

First time sitting at the inside bar but it was the best seats in the house for 2 people. Loved our bartenders Ryan and Leslie. Making sure we weren’t left out at all. Drinks were spot on and food was exceptional!

Great location- beautiful views - excellent food - busy, busy! Only complaints would be 30" wait for a table AFTER confirmed reservation time. Not a great start to a Birthday celebration for my wife! Ushered to the outdoor bar for a drink while waiting for table; great views from the deck but ... why have a reservation (made 60 days ago and re-confirmed) if you're going to have to wait?? Food was delicious and while waiter was competent, we felt he was distracted by larger parties and catered to them while letting us wait. Instead of paying with a credit card, I paid cash just so we wouldn't have to wait.
