El chef y propietario Peter Merriman ha trasplantado su versión de la gastronomía regional de Hawái a esta hermosa ubicación junto al océano en la localidad de Kapalua. Utiliza solo los productos más frescos, de los cuales como mínimo el 90% se producen o capturan en la zona, usando únicamente métodos sostenibles. Peter siempre ha estado a la vanguardia en el concepto "de la granja a la mesa". Toda la comida se prepara resaltando los sabores naturales de los alimentos.     Join us for New Year's Eve dinner at Merriman's Maui! We are offering a 3 course prix fixe menu at $225 per person. All of our tables offer stunning ocean views. Tables will be seated from front to back, so we recommend booking our 4pm seating if your table location is very important to you. Location requests cannot be guaranteed. We will hold a table for you for 15 minutes past the reservation time. We ask that you limit your experience with us to 2 hours as a courtesy to the people waiting to be seated. If your plans should change, please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your reservation will incur a $225 no show fee.

      Phenomenal! Every single staff member was exceptional, top to bottom - fantastic service. The food is five stars as well. Perfection. And the view? Not many places can do better! Merriman’s is just that wonderful! Highly recommend (yes, worth the drive from Wailea!!).

      Exceptional! Dined here on Christmas day and it did not disappoint. Everything was terrific, from our server, Jasmine, to the fantastic ambiance and the extraordinary food! The menu offered the holiday prix fixe experience with four courses. All courses were fantastic. My main entree was the Seared Diver Sea Scallops & Pacific Shrimp, which was delicious. My husband had the Moroccan-Spiced Hawaiian Snapper and Clams- another winner, and my son had the Prime Tenderloin. The preparation of the food is fresh, simple, and incredibly tasty. The experience was a splurge, but when in Hawaii for Christmas it’s worth it!

      Prix fixe menu was amazing and all dishes worthy of Peter Merriman's reputation as an elite chef. Service by Jasmine and Hector was outstanding and attentive. The setting and location are unparalleled--a special experience to remember. Only comment to offer improvement is to turn down the volume of the live music. Although it was a nice holiday touch, it could overwhelm conversation and would have been more appropriate in a larger environment. Mahalo to a Merriman's for an outstanding effort

      Wow. We were given the best table in the house. We had the best Server, Dennis. (ask for his section).  The prefixed Christmas Eve menu was exceptional on every level and on par with Santa delivering gifts Each course compared to opening another gift under the tree For second course I had octopus and my dining partner had the poke/sashimi. We both had a tenderloin for main course and the dessert. Well, we were spoiled. The entire experience from arrival to departure was special!! thank you, Merrimans for making it so.

      Another outstanding dining experience! We have been coming to Merriman’s for 20 plus years now and have never been disappointed. The food, service and ambiance are all 5 star. Kudos to management for awesome quality control!!

      Food was good, nothing to get excited about. The scallops were delicious but everything else was just ok. The mochi chocolate cake was not worth the calories.
