Announcing our Winter Hours! From October through May we will be open Wednesday - Saturday from 4:00pm-8:30pm for reservations!

Farm to table dining in Pagosa Springs. Proudly serving fresh local ingredients from neighboring farmers, purveyors, and artisan favorites. Weekly menu changes, depending on season and product availability. Delightful flavor combinations, hearty portions, and craft cocktails, beer and wine to pair.

Our Outdoor Dining Area is closed for the season, but it's nice and toasty inside! Summer will bring back our outdoor patio and riverside seating which adds increased availability to dine in our intimate mountain Eatery.

    Absolutely lovely. Went for a romantic dinner for two splurge and it was absolutely delightful. They definitely deserved to make the New York Times Best 50 Restaurants in the US. What was also so extremely impressive was I had gone on my own the Saturday before (solo traveler for the month with just the sweetheart visit on one weekend) and multiple staff members remembered me and were extremely welcoming. Extremely impressed, personal touch! Can’t wait to go again.

    We enjoyed our experience very much and will be back! The Beef Short Ribs main dish was fantastic. The main course pasta was also very good. We enjoyed the appetizer brussel sprouts were tasty and hardy. Service was friendly and warm.

    We are regulars at Meander! We sat at the bar and enjoyed the activity. We had the arancini, etoufee with wine pairing and split the carrot salad. It was ALL delicious! The wait staff is always so friendly, but not intrusive. Always looking forward to our next visit!

    Outstanding food and service for a special occasion. The 4 of us all ordered something different and it was all excellent. Would highly recommend.

    I cannot wait to go back! The food was outstanding, the service was warm and efficient, and the wine pairings were divine. The entire meal felt like a blessing.
