Announcing our Winter Hours! From October through May we will be open Wednesday - Saturday from 4:00pm-8:30pm for reservations!

Farm to table dining in Pagosa Springs. Proudly serving fresh local ingredients from neighboring farmers, purveyors, and artisan favorites. Weekly menu changes, depending on season and product availability. Delightful flavor combinations, hearty portions, and craft cocktails, beer and wine to pair.

Our Outdoor Dining Area is closed for the season, but it's nice and toasty inside! Summer will bring back our outdoor patio and riverside seating which adds increased availability to dine in our intimate mountain Eatery.

It's a bit surreal to find a place this good in Pagosa Springs. My wife and I agreed it was easily one of the best restaurant meals we've ever had. The attention to ingredients, textures, temperatures, presentation, and of course, taste -- all exceptional!

We loved our meal at Meander. Delicious dishes with expertly created sauces. A real taste of Colorado inspired cuisine. We’ll be back as soon as possible.

Our service was wonderful. The host greeted us with a menu with my dietary preferences marked just for me - from my Open Table profile. The vegetarian/vegan options are beyond expectations. Definitely a wonderful experience and evening.

We were at Meander on NYE, our first time in the restaurant. I came in with too high of expectations, given that they were listed in the NY Times as one of the top 50 restaurants in the US. The service was satisfactory, but the food was just OK. I wasn't blown away by any means. We had the meatloaf appetizer, which was very good. That evening, maybe because it was NYE, they only had about five main entree options. I had the duck, and it was good. My son, who loves spicy foods, had the hot chicken pancake, nearly too hot for him to consume. We will try it again the next time we're out that way in hopes of a better food experience.

We heard about this restaurant in The NY Times article about the top 50 restaurants in the US. It did not disappoint. We shared 5 small plates and the food was imaginative and so flavorful. Nice size portions and we took some home. Our waitress Sara was great - very attentive and gave us some good ideas for soaking in Pagosa. It was quite chilly in the room which was a bit disconcerting. But we would comeback in a heartbeat!
